Regulations of organized competition by  the office of Dawaah K14
Jeddah Old Makkah Road

Article 1 - Organizer
The office of Dawaah K14 de Jeddah Old Makkah Road organizes this free competition.
The competition is opened to all converted to Islam and young persons of less than 25 years in all countries of the world.

Article 2 – Principe

The rules of competition below are applicable to information between the organizers and all participants who approve it without reservations.
It constitutes the law of parties and is not subject to questioning for whatever reason .

Article 3 - Participation
This free game is opened to every natural person, except for the personnel of the Office of Dawaah K14 and their family. Presents given are restricted to the single home (the same address, the same name) by game. The participation to the  game means the pure and simple approval of the present regulations.

Article 4: Modalities of participation
5.1 The participation to the game is exclusively made by Internet by being connected on www.islamchoice.net. In this title, any inscription by telephone, fax or electronic mail other than the offered registration form will not be able to be taken into account. To participate in aforementioned game, every person must correctly fill the different offered fields (notably name, forename, complete address, telephone number, mail) before the deadline of participation. 

Any unreadable, notably incomplete participation, with inexact coordinates or sent after date pointed out by limit of game, will be considered as nil.
Anyone proved to be cheating, notably, by the creation of wrong identity allowing to register several times will be able to be punished by final and definite ban to participation to the game.

Article 5 – Sequence of game

The point of the competition « I love the Prophet » consists in finding as soon as possible answers to the questionnaire which will be put online for a single day.
Every participant will receive after validation of his application for registration a name and password which will allow him to open the link of competition in date or it will take place:

Each will be able to play by offering his answers and clicking on buttons reserved for validation and filling the form.
The name of the winning will be disclosed five days after the last indication.

Article 6 - Winning
The winning person will be the one having given fastest the correct precise answers, before the date ending the game, date and the hour of the participation being proof. There will be several winners by game.

The Centre of Dawaah will inform winners by (letter, mail, phones) in the 3 days of the designation of the laureate. Without answer by post or telephone on behalf of the winning under 6 days from the reception of contact, price will be lost for the participant and allocated to the following winner.

In case of exaeco in the part of the questionaire the person having written the nicest poem, will be considered as the winner.
The winner accept the given present beforehand, without being able to ask for an exchange, for a modification or for an exchange value in kind.

Winners approve automatically and unconditionally that her identification (name, address, photograph) be published  in any promotional demonstration linked to the present game. Due to the approval of its price, winner authorize the organizing society to use its names, forenames, address and telephone number and possibly photograph on the Internet site www.islamchoice.net or in any promotional demonstration linked to the present game without this publication being able to open other rights than earned price.

Article 7 – Allocation
The given present will be announced to the winners during the initial contact.
The Centre of Dawaah K14 de Jeddah or his affiliated members cannot be kept representatives for any defects or faults of allocations.

Allocations will be directly sent in the winning at the address which they will have announced during their inscription the organizing society. These allocations will be able to be under no circumstances exchanged for their value in kind or for quite other allocation.

Article 8 - Responsibility
The organizing members save right , to extend, to change or to cancel the present game. Their responsibility would not to be upheld if some haphazard cases or of major force imposed modification to the present game.
The organizing members reserve the possibility of exercising any chase in case of characterized falsification (s) The Centre of Dawaah K14 is relieved from any liability in case of technical dysfunction of the set up computer systems.

Article 9 – Computer science and freedom

Information on the players, gathered by the members on the occasion of the game will be the object of communication in thirds only to meet regulation and lawful obligations. Every participant having deposited his coordinates can any time extract his name of the general file at simple written request sent to Jeddah Makka Road Dawaah Office. P.O. Article 10: Check on identity
The participants allow any check concerning their identity and their domicile. These checks will be performed in the strict respect for the article 9 of the civil code. Any indication of fraudulent, wrong, fallacious, inexact, counterfeit identity or address will implicate the elimination of the participant.

Article 11 : Interpretation of the regulations

The participation in this game implicates the full and whole approval of modalities enunciated in the present regulations.
The organizing society will answer no question concerning the practical modalities of game during all its length.
The organizing society will cut without appeal any question relating to the application of the present regulations or any question which would come to settle, not regulated by this one. These decisions will be without further right of appeal.

Article 12: Limitation linked to use of Internet

One specifically says of it that the Internet is not a assured network. The organizers would not therefore know how to be kept for representatives for pollution by possible viruses or for intrusion of a third party in the system of the terminal of the participants in Game Competition and decline any responsibility as for consequences of the connection of the participants in network via the site.

“The organizers " will not be able to be kept responsible for representatives in case of dysfunctions of Internet network, owed notably to acts of external spitefulness, which would prevent the good sequence of competition and the information of the participants. The participants who would try to participate by means such as robots of participation, programs worked out for automated participations, use of information, email, customers' numbers others than those corresponding to their identity and address and more in general by any means not correspondent to the respect for the equality of chances between the participants in the course of competition would automatically be eliminated.

Will notably be excluded those who, whatever technique it is, would try to change the offered implements of game, notably to change results. The same natural person cannot play with several addresses email so nor from a count of player opened in aid of another person than herself.

Only one player  count will be opened by the same person having the same names, email forename and address and domicile. More particularly, “the organizers " cannot be taken for responsible for any damage caused to the participants, to their computer equipment and to the data which are stocked, there as well as consequences that can follow from it on their personal or professional activity.

The organizers cannot be taken for responsible in case one or several participants could not manage to be connected to the site of game competition or to be played it due to any problem or technical defect linked to the servers of the site.

The organizers save right to stop, cancel, reporte or prorogue this game competition any time, because of major force or quite other reason of commercial nature information being made on the site of participation, without any indemnification being owed by the participants. Their responsibility would not be engaged.
 

Article 13: The present contract
